Arsalan came to Canada in 2011 as an international student in the School of Business at Brock University, and he graduated with honors in Business Administration. He began looking for employment after graduation, and joined the business in December, 2015, in Richmond Hill Ontario. Arsalan completed the Management Training Program in August, 2016. KYLE MCNEILL

Before joining United West, Kyle spent 25 years in landscape construction, building more than gardens. He helped bring people’s dreams to life. But Kyle also saw how demanding the work could be, with many peers facing limited options as their bodies wore down. While he loved the craft, he knew he had more to offer. Encouraged by others who saw leadership and sales potential in me, Kyle took a leap 14 months ago. With a little sales experience and a strong belief in the team’s vision, he stepped into a new path that felt like the start of something bigger.

On this journey, Kyle faced immense challenges learning to adapt to new ways of leading, motivating from the ground up, and shattering limits he once thought were walls. Even as a sales rep, he felt leadership calling him to rise. Now, Kyle is crafting a business that does more than achieve his dreams; it elevates everyone around him. We’re creating a community that feels like family, where every person has the chance to grow and where every dream is supported and celebrated.

Advice:

You’ll never know what’s behind the door if you never open it. Whether you succeed or fail, trying is better than wondering. Let that be your fire, every step forward brings you closer to the life you choose.

Favourite Quote?

“It’s okay to stop on the trail, but if you never start walking again, you’ll forever be lost.”

Step 7?

I want to be the person in my family who breaks the cycle—the golden sheep. I just needed time to shake off the dust and prove that I could rise beyond expectations.

RABBI ADDEI

Before joining UW Mississauga, Rabbi spent a year playing soccer in the United States before an injury brought him back to Canada. After returning, he worked at FedEx and later in an office in Vaughan for about seven months, gaining valuable professional experience while realizing that the career path and income would not support the future he envisioned for himself. Determined to build something greater and unwilling to settle, he searched for an opportunity with unlimited growth potential and discovered UW on Indeed, a decision that became the turning point in his career.

Rabbi began his journey in 2025 with Rogers before transitioning to FW1, where his leadership and strong work ethic quickly set him apart. Within just a year and a half, he was promoted into management, reflecting his commitment to growth and developing successful teams. In June 2026, he launched his own company, DBA Prime Core, with a vision of building an organization centered on leadership and mentorship. As Prime Core continues to grow, Rabbi is focused on developing future leaders, expanding the company’s reach, and empowering others to achieve long-term personal and professional success.

Advice:

If you really want something in life, you have to make it happen yourself. No one is coming to save you, your future is built by the actions you take today.
