Arsalan came to Canada in 2011 as an international student in the School of Business at Brock University, and he graduated with honors in Business Administration. He began looking for employment after graduation, and joined the business in December, 2015, in Richmond Hill Ontario. Arsalan completed the Management Training Program in August, 2016. In 2017, Wild West Roadshows was born.
Since 2019, Arsalan has expanded the organization into Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Ontario, and oversees over 25 marketing firms in the United West organization.
Goals:
Arsalan is a very goal driven person. His goal for 2022/2023 is to continue expanding the organization in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec, and to reach National Consultant, consulting for over 40 marketing companies.
Advice:
Don’t quit. There were at least five or six occasions over the course of my journey where I came close to throwing in the towel. Had I done that, none of this would have ever existed. My advice is to be persistent.

Step 7?
My Step 7 is to continue investing in cash flow generating assets and retire by the age of 40. I want to travel the world with my mom.
Denis Danilov, owner of DNA Marketing Inc, was born in Samara, Russia. He moved to Canada in 2016 to attend SAIT university to study Petroleum Engineering. With little work experience and unable to find work in his field, he joined the business in September, 2018. On joining the business, he just wanted “a job”, but after his first R&R retreat in Punta Cana with the management team, he realized that he did want to complete the Management Training Program. He transferred to Wild West Roadshows Inc. in January of 2020, and relocated to Edmonton, AB to build a team. He completed the program in August of 2020.
Goals:
My goals for 2023 is to save up over $40,000 in the bank over the first half of the year and to have 2 promotions by the end of summer 2023. One of my main personal goals is to be able to provide great life for family, and getting into a house before the end of next year. One of my other main priorities is to be able to support my family back home. I want them to know that they can always rely on me.
Advice:
This is just the beginning. But it is going to be the toughest and longest part of the Management Training Program, so it’s important to remember to believe in the systems when it comes down to building a team. Not everyone is going to work out, but you have to believe in yourself and never give up.
